Cancellation Policy

WEBHUBIT is committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with the service/product ordered. Our customer satisfaction is our first priority. Customers can cancel their order only within 12 hours. Any cancellation request after 12 hours will not be accepted or considered. Once the Customer cancels the order WEBHUBIT will process the cancellation in the minimum required time. We will process your refund once our backend cancellation process is complete. This entire process may take 7-8 working days and then you will get 100% amount refunded in your specified bank account. Customer(s) can check the status of their cancellation request in My Order(s).

IMPORTANT NOTE: WEBHUBIT reserves the right to cancel any order in case order delivery is not possible at the given address, In that case WEBHUBIT will refund 100% of the amount to the customer. If you will order place only for the Domain, we will not refund that amount, In that case WEBHUBIT will handover your Domain to you (customer).

Replacement Policy

WEBHUBIT provides easy and hassle-free replacement of orders. In any unlikely event that the Customer receives any service/product ordered in error/damage/faulty condition or is not in good condition or if the service/product received is different from the service/product ordered, WEBHUBIT shall Will accept replacement of service/product from. Under the mentioned conditions and will not accept replacement in any other condition. WEBHUBIT will not accept any cancellation if the customer does not like the service/product or feels that the application/content is small/large. Customer(s) should check the quality, bug(s) and design or accessories at the time of placing the order.

Customer(s) can leave cancellation request mail at info@webhubit.com and call us. Our representative will contact the customer within 48 hours of the cancellation request being filed and provide a satisfactory solution.
