CANCELLATION / REPLACEMENT POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:

WEBHUBIT committed to ensure 100% customers satisfaction with the service/product ordered. Our customer satisfaction is our first priority. Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours only. After 12 hours no cancellation request will be accepted or entertained. Once customer will cancel the order WEBHUBIT will process the cancellation in minimum required time. Once our backend cancellation process will be completed we will process your refund. This entire process may take 7-8 working days and then you will get your 100% amount refund in your mentioned bank account. Customer can check their cancellation request status in My order.

Important Note: WEBHUBIT reserves the right to cancel any order in case of order delivery is not possible at given address. In that case WEBHUBIT will refund 100% amount to the customer.

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

WEBHUBIT provides easy and hassle free replacement of order. In any unlikely situation if customer receives any service/product ordered in error/damage/defective condition or not in a good condition or if service/product received is different from the service/product ordered, WEBHUBIT will accept replacement of service/product in these mentioned situations and will not accept replacement in any other condition. WEBHUBIT will not accept any cancellation In case customer doesn’t like the service/product or feels that size is small/big. Customers should check size and designs or stuff at the time of placing of order only.

Customer can drop the cancellation request mail at info@webhubit.com. Our representative will contact the customer within 48 hours of cancellation request filed and will provide satisfactory solution.
